Data Deletion Instructions

Users can request deletion of their Bab account and related app data by emailing privacy@babtheapp.com.

What to include

• The email or login method connected to your Bab account.
• A clear request, such as “Please delete my Bab account and data.”
• Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

What deletion should cover

Deletion should remove or de-identify account details, birth profile, chart data, saved readings, AI question history, saved people, compatibility reports, notification tokens, and subscription entitlement records where legally possible.

Subscriptions

Deleting a Bab account does not automatically cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Users must cancel subscriptions through Apple or Google directly.
